The CORiTEC 650i PRO series is designed for maximum versatility. It processes the full spectrum of dental CAD/CAM materials, including zirconium oxide, titanium, cobalt-chromium, and plastics such as PMMA, PEEK, and wax. Even particularly hard materials can be machined precisely and reliably thanks to the water-cooled high-frequency spindle with 5.7 kW of power and up to 50,000 rotations per minute.
The system thus covers all common indications in digital dental technology – from crowns and bridges to implant bars and abutments to complex telescopic work.
A special bonus: integrated hybrid machining enables the precise post-processing of additively manufactured metal parts (from 3D printers). This gives laboratories and milling centers additional flexibility and possibilities – and gives them clear competitive advantages.
Stable construction for maximum precision
The base of the CORiTEC 650i PRO series is made of solid natural granite – a material known for its excellent stability and vibration damping. This machine construction, together with linear and torque motor-driven machining axes with high-precision measuring systems (with a resolution of 0.05 μm / 26-bit), ensures exceptionally smooth operation and consistently accurate machining results.
Even with continuous use in 24/7 operation, accuracy remains constant – a decisive advantage for laboratories with high quality requirements and continuous production.

The CORiTEC 650i PRO series combines state-of-the-art drive technology, intelligent control, and long-term precision in a well-designed system.
The machining axes are driven by linear and torque motors and are equipped with high-resolution, absolute measuring systems (0.05 μm / 26-bit). They enable precise positioning – even with complex geometries and high machining speeds.
At the heart of the machining process is the water-cooled 5.7 kW high-frequency spindle. With up to 50,000 rpm and a 4-fold hybrid ball bearing, it offers the necessary stability and durability for the most demanding materials.
The integrated EROWA zero-point clamping system with 5,000 N pull-in force and a repeat accuracy of less than 5 μm ensures maximum process reliability. Automatic temperature compensation reliably compensates for thermal influences – for consistently precise results, even over long production cycles.
Automated changing systems – a 16-fold blank changer (Loader version) and a 32-fold HSK tool changer – enable uninterrupted production. Particularly efficient: thanks to the new rotary milling process, an abutment takes only up to 4 minutes to produce in high-speed operation.
The system is rounded off by the new, open, industrial CNC control system “iNC.” It allows flexible connection to individual workflows and offers full control over all machining processes.
